We’re committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase, which is why we provide a 100-day return window. If fewer than 100 days have passed since your order, we’re here to assist with a return or exchange.
For eligibility, ensure the product is unused, in its original state, and still sealed in the original packaging. If you’ve already tried the product and aren’t fully happy, get in touch with our support team at support@hinesnutrition.com—we’ll gladly explore any available solutions.
In certain situations, we might only provide a partial refund, but rest assured, we’ll always strive to support you fully!
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and update you on whether your refund is approved or denied.
Once approved, your refund will be handled promptly, with the credit applied back to your original payment method (like your credit card) within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t seen your refund yet? Start by double-checking your bank statement.
Next, reach out to your credit card issuer—it can sometimes take a bit for the refund to show up officially.
If needed, contact your bank directly, as there might be additional processing delays.

Sale Items
Refunds are available only for full-price items. Unfortunately, we can’t process refunds for sale or discounted products.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges solely for defective or damaged items. If you’d like to swap for an identical product, drop us an email at support@hinesnutrition.com, and we’ll guide you on the next steps, including where to send it.
Gifts
If the purchase was designated as a gift and shipped straight to you, we’ll issue a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive the return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the giver shipped it to themselves first, we’ll refund the original buyer directly—they’ll be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, email us at support@hinesnutrition.com, and our team will provide the mailing instructions.
You’ll cover the shipping fees for sending the item back, and these costs aren’t refundable. If a refund is issued, we’ll subtract the return shipping expenses from the total.
Transit times for exchanged items can vary based on your location.
For pricier returns, we suggest opting for tracked shipping or insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
